Dear Owner, I just wanted to send an e-mail to say how much we appreciate Mr. Reyes and how hard he worked fixing our heating problem last night. We've only had heat in half our house the last couple weeks. Mr. Reyes was at our house for at least 3 hours fixing someone else's wiring mistake. He was very personable and industrious. Considering the situation that would have made Mother Teresa feel like cursing, he maintained a pleasant, helpful, and friendly attitude. Our heater was working great this morning at 20 degrees.
We were assigned your company through America Home Shield. We will request your company should we have any other HVAC issues, and we will be telling our friends who may need HVAC work done.
With technicians like Mr. Reyes, I'm sure y'all have very satisfied customers.

You technician Tim was very thorough and repaired my air conditioner when other companies I had out just wanted to replace it.
